The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a good variety of options. The location of the hotel was convenient, with the city center just a short taxi ride away. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, and the corridor was spacious. There was a nearby supermarket and a cafe that stayed open until midnight.
Almost perfect.

The hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location, although not in the official city center, is surrounded by restaurants and provides ample walking opportunities. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities. The underfloor heating in the bathroom is a nice touch, and the option of an extra bed for my son was greatly appreciated. The blackout curtains ensured a restful night's sleep, and the breakfast buffet with delicious omelets was a fantastic way to start the day.
No mention of any negative aspects.

We recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Astana. The location was just perfect, as it was very close to a beautiful park and situated right next to the river. It was also conveniently located near the place where we had to work, making our commute a breeze. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The service was outstanding, with friendly and English-speaking staff who went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, including a live omelette station that we thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel also had great facilities, such as a fully equipped gym and a decent restaurant offering international cuisine.
We found that the prices for certain drinks at the bar were quite high, which came as a surprise to us.
